Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with Cuvion CRM for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request must be made within 14 calendar days of the initial subscription purchase date.
- The request must be submitted via email to billing@cuvioncrm.com.
- This guarantee applies only to the first payment on a new subscription. Subsequent renewal payments are not eligible.
3. Renewal Payments
Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) are non-refundable after processing. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access until then.
4. Plan Changes
If you upgrade your plan, the new pricing takes effect immediately with prorated billing. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for downgrades.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to billing@cuvioncrm.com with the following information:
- Your account email address
- Company/workspace name
- Reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)
We will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.
6. Free Plan
The Free plan is available at no cost and does not require a payment method. There is nothing to refund for the Free plan.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
We may issue refunds outside of the 14-day window at our discretion in cases of:
- Extended service outages exceeding our SLA commitments
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Account security incidents caused by our platform
8. Data After Cancellation
Upon cancellation or refund, your data is preserved for 30 days in read-only mode. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted. You may export your data at any time before deletion through your account settings.
